Procedure went very well, fast and precise. They did a great job of numbing me up. Problem: Prior to procedure receptionist sat with me going over the cost of the implants. I ask if they would get everything done in one day. Yes. Price: $6k. After procedure I am informed I have to come back for two more appointments. I go to the same receptionist who informs me the total cost for the implants and extraction, after my next two appointments will be an additional $6k. You need to train your receptionist better. She showed me the invoice (first time) and did not explain it, she started talking as I was attempting to understand format. I had to stop her several times to clarify things. The actual procedure went very well. Thank you.

I had a deep cleaning today with Danielle and she was amazing. She has a great technique to numb your mouth so it doesn't hurt like at many other dental offices. She gave me a lot of tips I could use at home like using interdental brushes, a better fluoride toothpaste and how to floss correctly to keep my gums healthy. I will definitely be back in 4 months.
